other font?

The Bullets might have been inserted as in a symolic font. Find out what ascii-code the bullet is and add an exception to you code where you 'rewrite' the bullet.
To find out the ACII-Code: Paste the bullet into excel cell A1 and use the formula in A2 =CODE(A1) to find out the acii code.
